now i get that you're trying to lead people to where there is housing available but as i've stated previously before the world visit system is just horrendous in its current state and needs to be revised and revisited if its to be a viable system in junction with people continuing to play with friends and so does the queuing system for it also need to be revised.
and i get it, its tiring dealing with all these complaints, fights, and promised solutions with no end in sight but i personally believe that if they just designed a completely separate housing system specifically for single player owners that allows for full customization of size this would eliminate the desire for the "neighborhood PVP" we all hate dealing with. not only would this probably free up a bunch of those neighborhoods in the ward system but it would satisfy a bigger number of players that just want to have their own nice place to decorate an show off to their friends or invite guildmates too etc. without needing to sacrifice convenience of where they play with their friends and guild
