Because someone had the lodestone achievement above 4 days ago. (plus it seems he only spawns during an imperial assault)

well if we take the complete cycle and lets guess urianger spawned 1st time on 04/14 20:00 JST, thats 20h after limsa completed its cycle (00:00 > 3:59 on 04/08, 04:00 > 07:59 on 04/09 and so on until 20:00 > 23:59 on 04/13 ) i think Urianger could spawn 04/20 20:00 JST

edit: im only guessing the Limsa event was the first event but i dont know it

4 days until repop is bad enough, I doubt SE will make it even 6 days. It has to be during this day.

We're assuming 4 days since last year the Emerald Moss assault cycled the same way (I was the one that figured that out if you don't remember :P)

I was absolutely convinced the event would have been today, but now it's past 15.00 GMT, the same time that it ended 4 days ago... so either the pop window is random and it may still happen in the next hours, or it's more than 4 days...

Unless... Maintenance resets the pop mechanics... In this case it might really be next Sunday.
I'm really clueless now.

And by the way, I thought that after the Lambs of Dalamud they learned that such a randomness is not very appreciated by the adventurers, particularly for story-related events. Now many who were here with me just went to sleep like in the past days...
If the event ends as usual with the next patch and 1.22 will really be released by the end of April, then we have just a few days to catch Urianger...
