I mostly do 90ies due to limited time and/or other things to do, but this extends to EW raids too, mind you this is all endgame stuff.
One can only go so far to dealing with people who do not know what a basic stack marker or an AOE marker is, and that alone can be frustrating, cause dissatisfaction and just make you miserable rest of the duty.
I come on to play and have fun, and I do value my time of the free limited hours I have.
By no means am I good in any way, I only started a year or more ago so what do I know and we all make mistakes regardless of knowledge or situation - but seeing a sprout next to their name, rare cases can be excluded for those who do not have enough playtime hours to have it removed and have progressed in quick pace, and a singular class via Search Info at 90 in the latest dungeon(s) & raid(s) is a dead giveaway and 5+ minutes into the first boss you can tell they don't know what to do.
I have no problems with new players who are genuinely new to the dungeon or new mechanics - these things are expected, what is not expected is failing to understand the most basic stack, AOE and etc markers.
There is a big difference between a "new" player and a booker - one has been learning and is learning duration of the game, while the other decided to book their way to 80+ and attempt, without any prior experience, doing latest dungeons and endgame raids while being utterly clueless. You could argue that both are new regardless, yes, but I value and appreciate one more over the other because one has done their part of learning the game mechanics overtime.
That being said, everyone will have different experiences - depending on the region, time of day, type of duty and different levels of skills and knowledge.
tl;dr: booking is bad, better tutorials/guides needed and requirements beforehand buying books needed (don't care if people skip MSQ, it's more of a "please learn basic stuff before going into latest dungeons" rant)
