You're being very, very polite and constructive and as I see it, you tried to make a reasonable point that slightly differs from the predominantly fear of change and over-attachment to old graphic flaws.
I'm sorry to witness that you're getting rude, passive-aggressive comments in return - as is happening with many such other sane, wise and decent voices. So I just wanted to tell you: Don't take it to heart.
