The changes to Astrologian are upsetting

Nothing I say is going to change your mind. You like the current AST and that's fine. I don't. I want changes and I'm going to ask for those changes.

I don't find mitigation and heals on cards when I have them IN MY BASE KIT THAT I ALREADY DON'T USE to be good changes. They aren't even decent. They're tone deaf, when the dev team has heard for now 2 expansions we want more damaging abilities and LESS HEALING abilities and MORE REASONS TO USE said healing abilities.

Once again, YOU YOURSELF ADMITTED that the dev team isn't going to increase the damage to make us use our GCDs. They didn't do that in ENDWALKER and they aren't going to do that in DAWNTRAIL. They also increased mitigation on top of that so hooray we're going to have no healer EX clears Day or Week 1 again and perhaps the same for Savage because HARDER HITTING ENEMIES is not what healers need to be relevent. We need enemies to HIT MORE OFTEN, telegraphs to go to a minimum, unavoidable damage akin to Barbie EX AND THEN SOME and MAYBE I'll see these card changes as useful.

Until then, they're all dead to me. As they deserve to be.

I don't care they said "wait until 8.0". I've been waiting since 5.3. Changes to healing gameplay should have happened IN ENDWALKER, in DAWNTRAIL. Not some far flung expansion years later because they didn't even ACKNOWLEDGE there was a problem until the healer shortage of EW.

All I hear is an excuse that the player base has been giving for 2 expansions and I don't want to hear it anymore. Its not that hard to NOT introduce extra healing across all healers, to NOT increase the mitigations of tanks that don't need it, to NERF things like Shake it Off (over time) and Bloodwhetting and to increase the damage frequency ALL BEFORE ADDING MORE UNNEEDING HEALING AND MITIGATION TOOLS.

All of those are PERFECTLY in the scope of this expansion. They're excuse is just that - an excuse and a poor one. Stop defending their crap design for healers when that's what put us in this place to begin with.
