That's why the major exp bonus is tied to someone (anyone in the party) getting a new entry. I think there are parties that'll definitely still skip, but if you're missing out on half the experience points for doing so it'll stop that from happening.
So?
The people who want to learn and optimize the best route, who aren't having fun in dungeons right now, get to have fun. The people who like to teach and guide, who aren't having fun in dungeons right now, get to have fun. And the people who just want to go the fastest way and collect their rewards, the ones who get what they want right now, still get to have that after the optimized route is worked out and disseminated by the first two groups.
