You shouldn't be able to open up 8 accounts... it's just ridiculous.

They must make a lot of gil nonetheless. Been doing them recently and I have been making a decent amount of gil. That times 8... holy sh*t.

yeah you basicaly get +7k gil per leve when you do it the way they are doing it, it does add up over time

but unfortunately, what they are doing isnt illegal unless they run an automated program and get caught, or until they actualy try to sell the gil

SE should change the rules before they start selling. But maybe they are trying to get all the money they can right now lol from all those 8 accounts per player haha

its a rule most games abide by, its called not banning without reason

suspicion is unfortunately never enough reason, you actualy gotta wait for a rule to be violated

Exactly, you can't tell the SE team OMG RMTs unless you actually see them advertise or sell. I got a bunch of Fabul lalabots banned by reporting them for using an "auto-target" third party program. For a long tme, people reported them as RMT and complained that nothing ever happened.

TL DR; you can only report what you see. Not what you suspect.
