Pretty much this if they have so much gil that it's "worthless" they could give it away but then we would still see daily post from them complaining about something else like hyperinflation if the game implemented a system where it becomes a lifeless grind for gil and basic necessities become so expensive that people resort to rmt

No, I don't have hours of time to farm for virtual currency.I have already experienced a game like that, it was called [World of Warcraft]! Forced to buy expensive pots or farm -> just to do content(pve-raid).

why is it people cant come down the middle line.. it has to be 1 extreme or the other? plenty other games have addressed this issue with 2nd currency systems
