Exactly! BLM for example looks deceptively complicated, which part of the culprit is how bad the tooltip writing is, but in the end the actual rotation is one of the easiest to memorize. The hard part is something entirely different.
Also we get to see things without the rotational context. Maybe it's adding in AoE alongside the single target, or situational actions that are used just as a save (e.g Hurajin).
