check their plates, if its restricted for you, but not say, an alt, your BL'd.
Like the other suggestions above, can also check to see if your allowed to leave housebook messages. If not, no go.
There are... ways around being BL'd, but I'll leave that to your research and imagination.
I'm guessing you're nitpicking at my choice of words allow me to correct it then. You can disable teleports and still have your house open/closed.
As for FC, when I tested, FC members can TP even when the guest TP is disabled, but you can prevent them from entering the FC house with FC permissions. Housing[1] - Estate Hall Access, if you try to enter the FC house, it'll tell you that you're not authorized to enter this estate hall. I haven't found anything that disables FC member teleports. A strange option surely.
Tenants and FC members can enter FC/houses even if they're locked.
So yeah... I guess everytime I wanted some alone time and turned off the guest TP/locked my house/FC = I blocked everyone on my list by that logic?
I've only come across it when failing to join a PF.
Checking an adventurers plate is usually an easy way to confirm it after you suspect it.
There was this one sprout in NN who blacklisted a bunch of mentors and then proceeded to continue to ask for help for things and was given the answers but couldn't see them.
That was an entertaining couple of weeks.

I wasn't nitpicking anything. The person they were responding to said that if you couldn't teleport to someone's house on your friendslist that means you were blacklisted. Instead of clarifying like you did with that last line, you mentioned someone locking their house when the poster said they could use that information to clean up their friend's list and I mentioned that I was able to teleport to someone with a locked house, which again, is all you mentioned. Don't blame me because you weren't clear in what you were explaining.
Well, the Yokai Watch event has gotten a lot of people hating on each other (especially towards Blue Mages), and blacklisting some people is almost inevitable if you play enough PVP, lol.
