Agreed, citizen. The FFVII Remake is putting up good numbers. There will always be a market for the fans of the original greats.
The strongest spirits will always triumph.
Remember the Titanmen
The Legends of the Titanmen lives on, a shining example of the power of compassion and the ability of people to make a difference in the world. A reminder that even in the darkest of times, there is always hope, as long as there are heroes like the Titanmen who dare to do good deeds in Eorzea.
Indeed, citizen. Using the same formula too: one game split into a trilogy with many added features. That's not to say it's a bad thing. The added depth to the remake is what makes it so good.
May your blades never dull.

Yep, same here.
I'd hope a potential FF8 remake does follow that same formula. It's been fun watching other people play FF7R on Twitch because it has excellent movie-quality cutscenes. In fact every thing has been great about it so far.

What's even more great is the absence of the Lalafell Menace from these universes, citizen. Their citizens will be able to rest easy, knowing their children are safe from the threat of the Lalafell Menace.
Forge's glow watch over you.

After how they butchered FF7's story and themes with KH-level nonsense, I don't want them going anywhere near FF8.
I actually don't mind it. Maybe I'm just too enamored with the idea of one of my favorite rpgs from my childhood being brought back to life in greater detail. But, I do understand how people could dislike it too. It's changed quite a bit to say the least.
Yeah, without a doubt. The amount of detail and depth that went into BG3 was astonishing. You can find a random npc in the corner of the map somewhere and it would be fully voice acted. You just don't find that kind of effort in games anymore these days.If XIV were made with the same effort as Baldur's Gate 3, it would destroy any MMO out there for years. Could you imagine if this game let the player have relationships with the NPC, G-rated relationships of course, with unlockable cut scenes and dialogue depending on the Warrior of Light's relationship status with the NPC? Just no relationships with Lalafells though.
