My address has never had any special characters. Tried every solution nothing works, If this goes past a Week SE will really catch Hell.

Do you have a saved payment method? If you can, delete it but make sure you still have those details at hand in case you may need them later (most likely not since you'll be stuck with payment error later when trying to make a purchase). Also you need to look whats the correct way to add an address and check the zipcode as well
