whew deciding to finally responding to some replies- My replies may be a bit nonsensical and/or short because I am v sleepy

give me teleportation, please god. Physically travelling long distances these days is a special kind of agony.

That would be very nice. Teleportation would mean I could teleport to the pharmacy in 2 minutes rather than taking 40 minutes to get there. Groceries would be considerably easier with teleportation too

uh yeah real life fantasia please! it has the power to change your appearance and still everyone else in the world retains the knowledge of who you are. lol

but uh, cringe at anything else. it reeks of desperation to want fictional characters in that way eww

fantasias would be very nice. Like I said, free hrt.
Also, I'm not sure what you mean? The only character I would even consider dating is G'raha (let's be honest, I have a while to go before even thinking of having a SO). Everyone else is just friendship material to me.

**** the healthcare system.

I always wondered if there is healing magic fatigue or any side effects. Healing magic is quick wound healing which implies being material intensive (needed nutrients to repair damaged cells quickly etc). I remember that in parts of the game healing magic can only go so far. Though, I would probably like to hear what lore there is on this subject. Sorry, got a little in the weeds there.

Modern medicine is much better than magic in game.

I'd take a Fantasia probably since i can only pick one.
Teleportation still requires aetherytes which don't exist, so if anyone wants teleportation they would need to wish for aetherytes, at which point anyone can use. Aetheryte teleportation might be too powerful for today's world, though it would make space exploration really easy and would let us explore interstellar space.

Even then, you would need to set up the aetherytes in new locations- so wishing for them may mean wishing for the first set but finding you may need to make more. Well, there are Aetherytes in inhospitable locations so at least they aren't the type of thing to probably fall apart in space.

I would also pick G'raha, because like you said he's very kind and friend-shaped. I'd love to know a person like him, and be his friend. But I also wouldn't want to take him away from his home and friends, so maybe just being able to visit here and there? If picking an item, well... I do like the fantasia idea as well.

Ohhh yeah! G'raha visiting Earth would be interesting. Now that I think about it- it would be sad to have him be unable to reunite with his friends and home. So by wishing he could visit Earth would mean he could come around once in a while

Phoenix Down to cause a loophole in the Permanent Death condition that we have in the IRL servers. Is it wise to break the natural order? Probably not.

I'm very biased opinion because he's my favorite character of bringing Zenos into my world. I would really love to introduce him to the mundane tedious life that we currently have. He's very dangerous frenemy shaped, I'd be interested to see him engage in thrill seeking activities? like sky diving, mountain climbing etc (that is not murder)...

Someone else I guess uhhhh... I'd bring Nael/Eula back and take her to therapy but I'd worry she'd try to 5head away to bring our moon down and to cause a server wipe on the existing IRL server.

Hmm... I can't really think of anyone else...maybe Thancred and Alisaie? I think they'd both make good friends and won't break the balance of the IRL servers by having the potential to cause mass extinction events...

Kinda makes me ponder when the pheonix down won't work. Maybe when the person is too far gone or their body is not in the state for living anymore? Though the later may make a oheonix down trickier to use successfully. There are ways of dying that are invisible and scary.
Aetheryte tickets would be nice- aetheryte travel can get expensive so I can imagine the free option is nice.

You just gave me the thought of Thancred and Alisaie on a road trip. What things would they get up to?

Invisible backpacks. Imagine being able to carry thirty sets of weapons and armor, enough food to feed an army for a year, piles of raw metals and precious stones, and whatever random junk I picked up, without having to worry about weight, size, or anyone being able to see it. Bonus if it brings the armory system along so I can change clothes in an instant.

The real question is does the WoL have legendary back muscles or is it a pocket dimension that weighs little?

A flying car mount that I can summon with a whistle and make vanish into thin air when I don't need it. Easiest parking in the world. It would also carry 3 of my friends.

If there were flying cars I cannot imagine why flying car crashes would do to people. disappearing into thin air when parking? Where does it go when not in use?
