The game still has to be functional though. You can't honestly expect Square Enix to make the blacklist an enforced do not interact. The logic they'd have to build into the duty finder would be insane to ensure no blacklisted players ever got grouped together. Blacklisting someone and not seeing their model is a huge change which solves the vast majority of problems without requiring entire systems to otherwise be rebuilt.
