The instances are a literal joke right now, what’s the point of even doing half the content we have when it rolls over so easily because of the bloated ilvl, these aren’t even how the instances were designed+1 for better rewards for longer/harder instances and Rival Wings roulette.
-1 for harsher ilvl syncing, that would simply make everything take longer, which isn't fun. Making everything tankier and hit harder isn't going to make the game harder for the midcore people, and only punishes the casuals.
We don’t even see 1/4 of the mechanics in CT
I like rolling over things, so there. It's fun and makes me feel powerful.

Please please please... Rival wing roulette. Because it is actually somewhat fun. It is lame that its dead outside of irregular tomestone events. I don't care if the xp reward sucks like the 506070 roulette. At least an incentive is going to be there
100% agree, merging max level dungeon roulette and expert roulette along side reducing synced ilvl down are probably the best things they could do to roulettes.
Extreme trial roulette
I'm assuming the harsher ilvl syncing is adressing duties (dungeons, trials, normal raids, alliance raids) that currently get blown out of the window disproportionally faster to a degree of making it genuinely unfun and disappointing for first-timers and veterans alike.
Syrcus Tower for example on average gets cleared faster than 90% of 4-man duties, as an Alliance Raid. Labyrinth of the Ancients, World of Darkness and Void Ark suffer from similar issues as most of the time is spent with playing hallway simulator with little to no interaction due to stat and item level bloat (or simply non-existence of anything meaningful in between).
Harsher ilv syncs would not affect duties that fundamentally are spicy enough by itself, take Lv63 Pool of Tribute (Susanoo) for example. That one is fine overall. But a grave case was the Lv90 final trial to the point where many NPC voicelines important for the ambience got skipped, which got adjusted. Yes it takes longer now, but the actual experience is now preserved.
And while I haven't done it since then, apparently Aglaia is heavily affected. The final bosses' scale mechanic apparently is now skippable; a shame because it is one of the most cinematic and amazing bits of that raid.
Aglia is so bad now you actively have to hold DPS or just have a genuinely garbage party to even come close to seeing scales, half the time these days you skip the mechanic before scales and that mechanic alone is about a minute and a half longI'm assuming the harsher ilvl syncing is adressing duties (dungeons, trials, normal raids, alliance raids) that currently get blown out of the window disproportionally faster to a degree of making it genuinely unfun and disappointing for first-timers and veterans alike.

That is actually tragic. The scales really created a nice finale of the raid and made Nald'thal one of the bosses with the best ambience. I wish it wasn't so.
