Partial Buy for Marketplace

Make it so that seller can choose if you can buy just few, or the whole stack.

Well, the spaghetti code probably won't allow.
But at least that way, if possible, lvl3 crafter could buy their 2 brass ingots as needed, and bulk discount giving sellers could continue giving their discounts.
If this is supposedly so common in "other games", I dunno, I just woke up.
