It took them like 6 hours to send me my codes. Just be patient.I got a confirmation of my purchase but no code.
Which on the added anxiety of not being a very patient individual.
All I have is confirmation Square took my money.

Just once I'd like it if interacting with Square Enix in any way on their own stores could for once be useful and not a headache.
I've filed three different support notes and they gave me a case code for em and I don't know how to find them to review if they were even responded to.

The poster said they do not have access to the email associated with their account, so they should NOT log in with those credentials to buy from SE store. If they are logged in buying from SE Store with the same FF14 account credentials, it will email the code to the email registered to the account (and if poster doesn't have access to it, they wont get their pre-order code).

Got the code about 8 hours after ordering, but after registering it on MogStation I had to request the reward at a Post Moogle before it was delivered. It was delivered within a minute of asking for it.
The iL560 (level synced) earring works "when level 90 and below," and is only one earring (at least on a Hrothgar), not a pair.

I'm still trying to just order the thing. Finally got logged into the store, but I keep getting address error messages. Doesn't make sense. It's a standard US address.
This process is exhausting. I've never had such a problem trying to give a company my money.
