Yes, and thats the problem. The poster said they do not have access to the email associated with their account, so they should NOT log in with those credentials to buy from SE store. If they are logged in buying from SE Store with the same FF14 account credentials, it will email the code to the email registered to the account (and if poster doesn't have access to it, they wont get their pre-order code).

When you buy from the SE store, you do not have to log in. You can check out as a guest, and input the email you want (e.g. the one you still use). Then, when it emails you your code, you can log into the Mog Station and register the code sent to the email you used in guest checkout

SE has already said people that used guest checkout will get codes registered to their accounts if they used the same email as their account when they used guest checkout (because SE login has been broken all morning.)
