It's really not. The system is queueing the codes up when the order happens, it's just backed up with a zillion orders. False advertising is meant for consumer protection against things like bait and switch and literal incorrect bs, not this.

But it would be easy enough to change the product page now to remove that wording, and they know no one is getting their coded anytime soon. If they're still working out the queue from 7 hours ago, when pre orders first went up, people might be waiting for days to get what they were told would be delivered immediately.

Really they never should have promised instant delivery to begin with, because they knew this would happen. This always happens with every expansion because they're too cheap to put in a queue system on the store.

Also would be smart of them in the future to split up digital and physical per-orders to different days to split up the traffic load.

The CE Box includes the digital edition, so that may not be possible, but I agree.
