I'm aware that many here regard win-trading in a 3-team mode as impossible, but Discord-based Q-synching can create these kinds of scenarios without much effort.
I posted this in the other thread involving Job issues. The only thing I could tell from the leader boards post game that was different is that the Adders had minimal AOE capabilities and few tanks. The flames AND maelstrom literally slaughtered everyone back to the base camp and even with a machinist with an LB and drill combo, I couldn't kill a black mage. He tanked both shots and then self healed because no one could finish them off due to being mass CCed, AOEed, and people getting chained into mobs.
Any team that has a job that can't AOE, can't use some kind of draw in / fish skill, or can't mass CC is basically dead weight in there.

So... We're promised "adjustments to PvP actions" in 6.58.
Any predictions?
Concordare, that was a direct hit.
Regardless if win trading was involved or not, the imbalance of the jobs definitely played a part in the results given the job listings. It can be assumed that people who engage in win trading in PvP know the mode better than someone who is just doing this on a casual basis, and the job makeup was telling a lot just from that. If this was discord based win trading via Q-synching then SE should disable the mode entirely and find some way to compensate the players, and I mean all the players, who have participated in front lines since the changes to PvP. There's no way to really punish this because unless someone can screen shot the discord chat and sync that with the match time, as well as list the player names, they have nothing to go by.
Like this kind of thing actively harms the game and the bottom line of the company running the game.
Dragoon
Adjustments to other classes have resulted in decreased usage rates for Dragoon in Crystalline Conflict. Having observed their decreased pick rates, we've made changes to their limit break and increased its potency by 12.5%. The adjustments made in this patch will allow Dragoon to contribute more consistently to their team's damage output, while bringing their damage potential in line with other improved jobs.
I feel bad hitting Bards, it feels like bullying. They are lunchmeat.
