An underwater city ? possible new expansion zone ideas

I've been saying for a long time that we should have a city built over the water, similar to furni from legend of Dragoon. If you're unfamiliar with it, give it a quick Google search and check it out. (It's from '98 so don't expect super high quality pics lol) furni has people using a little rowboat / canoe to get around town for the most part, and residents/shops have docks in the lower part of the buildings, with several floors above that. If xiv took this idea, along with yours, and made it look something like the city in the very beginning of thaleia it would be a great vibe for sure.

Uh.... Limsa Lominsa? (Really, what you just described is quite literally Limsa Lominsa).
