Indeed. Let Bahamut and Phoenix be spell effects rather than both competing with Carbuncle on the pet slot. Like I previously proposed, flesh the entire pet management system in Arcanist and call it a day then just add Summoner flavors to the actual job itself. They've separated Bio/lysis and made it exclusive to SCH, why not go further and just retool the entire Arcanist kit to revolve around Carbuncle then just add spells that fit the SMN theme.
