My dream is a Shirogane large, but that's incredibly impossible unless they throw out like 10+ new wards. as it's a large by the hidden cave and near the beach.

Just my usual two gil lol clearly you’re happy with things exactly the way they are. Great! You do you! But other people want “more,” and by more I mean equal access to game features. And this is the space the devs have provided for players to request what they want.

I have never said I am happy with the way housing is, I want more wards and have voiced it multiple times, I even talked about dynamic wards as the optimal system in my eyes because I dont think there's anywhere near enough wards, at least on certain worlds.

Comparing housing to Ultimates as you do is a faulty analogy… one is RNG-based, the other is based on skill. The proper analogy is not big house to ultimate weapon, it’s having a house to participate in housing gameplay the same as being able to que for an Ultimate. Your skill determines if you “succeed” - design a pretty house or get a pretty weapon - not your participation.

The point was that because something exists doesnt mean I should be getting it.

Now if this was a free to play game, I’d get there being limited amounts for things. But we’re all paying a sub here. We all want equal access to content. You can currently have an apartment, an FC room, an Island AND a house. Those without a house due to the limited supply aren’t getting their money’s worth, and have every right to demand the the system be improved in a way that can open it up to all.

Once again lol, nowhere is it mentioned on the game's guide or on the game website that you are owed a house because you pay your subscription, you pay your subscription to have a chance at getting a house via the lottery system, that's literally all you pay for in regards to housing, you arent guaranteed anything. Because the game website says that there are ultimate weapons doesnt mean I should get them for free, they have the right to complain, but ultimately it's up to SE to do as they want, some things are just not meant to be for everyone and that's okay if that's their vision of it, it is mine also to a certain extent at least regarding larges and mediums, I think everyone should be able to get a small though.

Other people getting what they want takes nothing away from you. In fact, if everyone was able to, you’d probably find the small minority campaigning against multi-owners would just disappear altogether.

Have you seen the terrible ideas thrown on this forum ? People saying that you should be able to visit instanced houses at placard in front of the house for everyone, that IS taking away from me, I dont need people appearing and disappearing out of the blue in front of the plot I have, people are throwing ideas that all have an impact on ward housing and would make it worse, so yes it would impact me. As for the multiowner hate, trust me, I couldnt care less, like no offense but people being purely jealous because of the work I put in is fine to me, I pay 10 times their subscription money every month, I work on the daily swapping around alts, crafting new items, doing submarines, decorating amongst multiple other things, if they want to be jealous of that, works for me, as I mentioned multiple times, if it's so easy to be a multiowner according to them, why not do it themselves ?

And yes, we know about Dynamis… new servers for new players. The point is, there will never be enough houses per world for everyone that wants one. DC travel has made a mess of Dynamis’ debut, but eventually when enough players fill it, they’ll be in the same boat.

We are not ANYWHERE near filling points, there are literally thousands and thousands of houses open and they arent filling,it's been months they are at 4k+ out of entire Dynamis.

Now one area in which I think we have some minor agreement is that housing should scale with the player base. You favor dynamic wards, I favor instanced. And there’s no reason they couldn’t try either, now that they have cloud servers to play with. But personally I’d prefer instanced, for all the features they could add that ward housing currently prevents, such as having a plot that could be any size… start off with a small and be able to upgrade to any size, or downgrade back if you don’t like it or just feel like something different every once in awhile. And it could be a “generic” neighborhood-themed plot, so y’all can still feel special in your multiple Shiro 60s or whatnot. lol

Tl;dr: other people want different things out of housing than you do, they have every right to put their requests to the devs. If you don’t like their ideas, fine, but why the need to shout them down? If they get the instanced they want, you can just not interact with it, like those Ultimates you keep bringing up.

Honestly I’d be happy with dynamic wards if they actually did it, so more people could have a house on the server they’ve been playing on for years. The big pull for instanced for me is features we’ll probably never get in the wards due to their limitations, like more outdoor furnishings, or the possibility of scaleable plots, that could be any size and switched between at will. And honestly I just want more space to decorate. lol The agree to disagree on my end is that it could be done in a way that you wouldn’t even have to acknowledge it’s existence if you didn’t want to. My other A2D would be that everyone should expect to be able to have a house by paying their sub, without having to jump through extra hoops to do so. And if there was instanced, people could also have whatever size they wanted as well. Although I’m hopeful the housing mirage turns out to be what we’re assuming it is… so at least people could get the extra interior space they want. My preferred size is a small, so I don’t really have a dog in that fight, other than my hubby who wants an Empyreum large in the worst way!

Yeah I was on that thread and I also voiced my dislike for that idea. But it doesn’t seem to be the most prominent idea thrown about here… most of us seem to favor some sort of apartment-style directory, either inside or outside of the wards, so we could go directly to our plots.
