Actually agree there too but players generally aren't too smart. Most fcs can be like this too. When I did hiring recently, I just had a pf up and ppl applied on their own.Or venues can stop soliciting random people to work at their venue and instead have people come to them as it's always been.
It doesn't solve the problem of there being minors that try to get into these adult spaces, but it would save a lot of headache in general from situations like this or people who are not interested.
It's also generally bad advice to have someone, especially those under 18, to share personal information about themselves to random strangers online. What they should do is not engage whatsoever and tell a trusted adult about what happened, which is what seems to be the case here.
