Revert the /me emote in cutscenes!

Once upon a time, your WoL would do their race- and gender-specific "/me" emote in cutscenes. However, sometime recently, this was changed to a more generic "pat yourself while standing perfectly still" emote instead (as in this year's Valentione event).

It's not as good! The current one is so stiff and stilted, compared to the charm and individualism of many races' emotes. Please change this back to the older emote!

you know what i miss in msq... your character.. using their own voice that you picked for them. to make various sounds and expressions. this is an rpg and my character isnt me. no matter hm ppl try to act like they're thier character. theyre not (god i hope i got that grammar right lol)... the character has thier own thoughts feelings and processes for how they deal with everything put infront of them.. i HATE that at the very least, not only does he HARDLY speak.. but is he like.. mute? or something when he does. It's been a joke for me now for the last 3+ years that he's the Mute of light and everyone else is just lipreading him

@OP I honestly didn't notice a change, but I'm always down for toggles to have both options.

I agree very much with this. The cutscene after the final fight in EW release MSQ would have been a perfect use for something like that. Instead they just make no noise at all.

Very noticeable on Elezen because of how high the hand usually is on the /me emote lol

Exactly when were you voiced in the MSQ?

Or do you actually mean "Know what I wish were there but isn't?". Be precise with your words.

Because, no, I don't miss what I don't remember ever having, starting in ARR. Well, except when I used emotes, or was engaged in combat. The combat sounds of your typical Bard do tend to be a bit distracting in an instance.
