Didn't say it was fun mate, in fact I said it was painful. Placards is just worse. They both suck and I wish we didn't need either because we didn't have limited resources.

Funnily I have the sense that the people that hate this the most are the ones multi-FCing for the millions of gil, annoyed that they have to compete rather than bot spam the placard. Only since I've seen a few of the older placards that were spammed appeared to be shell FCs. The same who have the most to gain by keeping them a limited resource.

If you think lottery is not a good thing for multiowners, that's actually pretty hilarious, it actually IS a good thing for multiowners, but I'll let you live in your delusions.
