Even so, the medium and large plots will all be taken within a couple of rounds of the lottery.
And then we'll be back here complaining, again.
This cat gets it.
Glad that people can look further than their noses.
Its dawntrail release day and SE listened to "our feedback" and added 6 new wards to fill the demand:
99% of Larges get taken round 1.
80% of Mediums get taken round 1.
10% of Smalls get taken round 1 by new xbox players and those without small yet.
10% of Smalls get taken by money printers and will by slowly getting occupied by 1% each following bidding round.
Someone decides what a great idea it would be to go to forums and make post like OP but the only thing that changes is the month of the year.
All these suggested ideas are great ideas, it just...would be beneficial to have dialogue with the dev about what is possible and achievable within the code in the first place, so we kinda understand them as well. What is realistic, and what is impossible and thus wasted time to ask for.

This makes me wonder why they don't just add more larges and mediums. In most housing wards I've seen, the larges and mediums are taken and it's almost always the smalls that are empty. Almost like a lot of people don't want them. And yet, there is this weird artificial scarcity on larger housing plots and nobody has yet been able to provide me with a good answer why it should stay like this.
