I'm pretty sure folks born between 1946 and 1964 were in their preteens through early 40s when the microcomputer arrived in the 1970s. Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak (founders of Apple) were born in the 1950s. Bill Gates (founder of Microsoft) was born in the 1950s. Should I go on, or will you still insist that "boomers", you know, the ones who invented PCs and consoles, didn't know how to turn them on?

The boomer generation spans around 20 years. Those at the tail end - around 1964- were not in their 40s in the 1970s. That part of the boomer generation was in high school and some of them were taking programming classes, although access to a computer could mean dialing into a mainframe.

The early part of the boomer generation is a different story, agreed- they invented PCs.

Like seriously can we just call it enough with the cute stuff, and pro boomer people refusing to evolve and get more dark,gloomy gothic and emo stuff in general I mean enough with the cupcake and rainbow happy happy nonstop game needs more despair like hw and end of arr had but a complete expansion of it without the stupid bright light

As a goth guy irl I do would like more gothinc Lv1 outfit just for the glam I was thinking like more romantic goth style of outfit. I was actually expecting something like a Masked Ball outfit by now something fancy and dark I would absolutly love that

This would be a good thing.

It's very sad to see someone struggle with mental illnesses so openly, to a point where they can be consistently recognized and mocked. The fact that it's here turns a somewhat depressing situation into an outright tragedy.

And in case someone says I'm overexaggerating, maybe they didn't see this person locked in a real cage and doxxing themselves, I guess.

This comparison lack some important context though. Sure Bill Gates and Steve are part of the boomers and they invented those stuffs. But exactly because of that you can't assume "everyone" in their generation are like them. They were the trail blazers, and it takes a long time for new technology to developed, adapted, and become the norm. So even though it's conceived by boomer generation, it was millenia that give it wings.

Samething for Smart phone, the first smartphone was invented in the early 90', but most Millenia did not grow up with it. And while a lot of millenia know how to use smart phone now, their adaptation and dependency on Smart Phone is definitely less than Gen Z who grew up when Smartphone has already become a norm. And smartphone had a much shorter take off time comparing to computer back then.
