This is the way. Don't yell, laugh at your misadventure.Technically a tale from party finder not duty finder but here we go.
A few weeks ago I was farming Zeromus mount (still the only EW trial mount I'm missing). Got in a new party.
First pull. Wipe to one Tank failing the meteors. Np, can happen.
Second pull. The other Tank wipes us. (I don't remember how though).
Instead of getting salty I went with a humorfull response and typed. "If I had a Gil for everytime a tank wiped us...I had 2 Gil. Which isn't much, but it's strange it happened twice."
Everyone, including the tanks, laughed.
One of the tanks responded:"Let's see how rich you become." xD
Me:"I plan to be a Gillionare by end of the day...btw...who of you is going to pay me?"
Again, everyone laughed. By end of the day be had more wipes than kills.
Was it an effective farm? Hell no.
Did we have a fun time? You bet!^^

His broken english made it funny, as if he was shook by a unicorn or something.

Because the gap between a good DRK and a mediocre DRK is just massive. No other tank makes you manage a secondary resource that has mitigation in competition with damage, so you have a lot of people choosing to dump their MP into floods post-70 rather than using TBN. You have one healing ability for pulls, and while it's good, its CD is tied to a single target ability with a big number which tempts a lot of smooth brained people. It's the tank with the most buttons and needs to press them while having the least healing so yeah W2W is rough sometimes, especially if either of your two DPS slack off.
It does have the best invuln now though, it's just your healer has to actually let it work. LD is literally on a 2 min shorter CD than hallowed, and has double the time, if healers would just pay attention and let the DRK die when it pops. So it just remains a casual emergency panic button in most roulettes.

Positive stories are very much allowed, desired even
Unless they press half their mits, have a regen on, full health and the trash is almost dead and THEN they press it. Like bro...It does have the best invuln now though, it's just your healer has to actually let it work. Will put you on ignore if you can't form a logical argument but argue nonetheless

But... But Kind Sir, we're on the Internet ! No positivity is allowed here !
And since I'm playing a lot those days :
Thanks to Dun Scaith's group for setting up a betting system about how many people would fall off the first boss's platform. It was fun. Those who bet on many players falling won. What I won't tell IG : sometimes I queue in those raids just because I know it can be a disaster. And disasters are FUN.

I ran a couple FC mates through Zeromus last night. I think there were five members running it for the first time. The pace was glacially slow. Watching the thing-that-should-not-be-mentioned, I stayed in the No. 2 spot for damage the whole time, which I was not expecting since I was on a poorly-geared alt. We finally made it to the second phase (requiring a healer LB3), which became something of a soft enrage. I lost count of how many times we saw every mechanic. Every hit of Nostalgia, especially, severely taxed our healers. Somehow we managed to do it in one pull, but it was a bloodbath. Good times!
Strangely enough, I ran an alt through Dun Scaith over the weekend sort of expecting the worst, and the whole run was remarkable in the sense that it went so smoothly. The only annoyance I had was waiting 17 minutes for the queue to pop, only for someone withdraw before I could even click Commence. It took another five minutes to fill the party. I only waited 22 minutes for old content on a Sunday morning, which is nothing to gripe about, but still... take the duty the system gives you. Thanks to Dun Scaith's group for setting up a betting system about how many people would fall off the first boss's platform. Just had a DRK that refused to use any cooldowns at the start of a run, then got angry at me for not letting him use LD.
The entire run, he relied HEAVILY on LD and Abyssal Drain.
I had no patience today so I just left the run, I am genuinely done with how insane this community is.

So I'm baffled at the first pld I had in Qitana Ravel just now. Comes in, is a sprout, wearing 450 facet gear. Saw it and thought on my sage alt 'I guess they're just returning to the game or are scraping together gil from roulettes.'
First trash boss they do not use a single mit. Not a single. One. Not even Shelltron. Next set of trash they singled pulled in silence despite my jumping to pull more, still no mits. Single pulls all the way to the first boss, repeatedly fails boss mechanics, eats vulns and then I saw it.
THEY ACTUALLY POPPED A COOLDOWN--oh wait they just popped Shelltron and it wasn't for a tankbuster. My Addersgall sits empty after using charges to buff them and heal the party for raidwides, and was practically riding the charges.
We finally kill the boss (had a few near deaths on the rest of the party) and said pld leaves instantly. Huh?
Granted eventually we got another pld tank that did w2w and mit, but I'm still baffled by the first pld we had. Like what was your point that you wanted to exercise? Why did you suddenly quit? Was it because I didn't keep you at 100% as a sage? Was it because I was ahead of you to signal that you should pull more? Was it because I was using my shields and ogcds as intended and not spamming Diagnosis like the basic healer you expected me to be on you? Or was it because your healer was an femzelen? How many licks does it take to get to the inside of a Tootsie pop?
The world and the rest of us may never know.
This one is beyond your help. Only sleep can save her now.
People wanted to vote kick me in weeping city today. Apparently SMNs only exist to be res bots.
Had a near wipe on forgall. My MP is just really low from all the resing I've been doing, I've got aggro because all 3 tanks are dead and people are yelling at me to res. Get in line please.
I really just want to be toxic and tell them all, "Maybe if you don't like munching on the dirt you should learn the mechs", but yeah I'd get in trouble for that sadly.

If people are screaming at you to raise because they couldn't do mechanics properly on Forgall, it probably would've been better to wipe and explain the mechanics. If you got votekicked, considering they couldn't do those mechanics, you probably would've dodged a 50 minute bullet.
