Asura in XIV Was a Disgrace to the legacy of FFIV

This summon rarely gets representation in the franchise, but lately she has been getting really bad features. First she is the worst version of Chocobo Racing for the Switch, and then she is mishandled in XIV.

Her barely even uses her other faces, and is just a throwaway relic weapon boss. Its stupid. There should of been an EX version at the very least with extra rewards. Perhaps instead of contributing to the mount farm, there could of been something unique offered.

It could of been a mount of its own, a glamour set from Thavair, or anything really. It doesn't matter as long as it acts an incentive. The lack of an EX version was a disgrace to those who waited for this summon for so long. :/

I can understand the disappointment regarding Asura, however, it remains content related to Hildibrand, and for once, we didn't have another battle against Gilgamesh.

I admit that the fight is not very interesting, and one may wonder why it exists.

But never before have the challenges in the Hildibrand quests offered more than just a regular battle.

It wasn't a secret that Asura wouldn't have an Extreme version and would be a fight primarily because a battle needed to be released for Hildi.

Anyway, considering how Endwalker only provided the bare minimum, one shouldn't have expected anything better.
