Seraphs problem is the fact that her queue interrupts Eos because she is a seperate entity (a Demi)

If you cast whispering dawn then immediately cast summon seraph seraph will discard Eos action queue (whether she has cast whispering dawn or not) to summon herself, the same happens on the reverse end when seraph despawns she will wipe her own action queue even if she hasn’t cast everything in her action queue

That problem is exclusively a Demi problem because they are separate entities, the searing light problem on SMN is the same, summoning Bahamut cleared Carby’s queue to summon itself

When you aren’t playing around seraph the rest of eos’s pet actions are totally fine and go off near instantly if you replaced summon seraph with rouse that made eos cast consolation rather than fey blessing you’d get the same result but remove the Demi problem

Someone with more pet experience will have to speak, but I am pretty sure that the queue in which Seraph is interrupting can also be interrupted by other actions or by the pets own auto actions. I do remember hearing people talk about ghosting problems in ShB and EW, so it isn't like there has been an expansion that has been without them.
