- Hydaelyn, no offense, looks like a $25 bootleg from Aliexpress from year 2005. The only reason Zodiark isn't as horrible is most likely because he doesn't have a human face and body, so the flaws are less noticeable.
- The price is almost double compared to previous figurines.
- It's made out of pretty cheap materials that have issues with paint starting to flake off at some point.
- Emote is single-character instead of account-wide it used to be.

For comparison I have a $300 figurine pre-ordered that will be handmade, manually painted, has replaceable parts, made out of better materials and the level of detail on it is insane.

There's literally no excuse for SE to charge $360 (without taxes too, I take it?) for a frankly underwelming quality, and they still dare to call it "Meister". Meister how? Their own "Bring Arts" action figurines look better for a fraction of the price! They should seriously replace their sculptors for this line, it's just ridiculous at this point.

Figurines are obviously not an item produced for people who're struggling with their budget and it's a case of "it's a privelege, not a necessity", but even for those there're certain lines one shouldn't cross. If they want to call their series "Meister" (which implies "Premium", you know) and charge as much as some sculptors charge for an actual outstanding premium quality - they should provide the quality. They most certainly can afford that. So yeah, it's 100% a matter that is worth being called out even outside of OP's specific circumstances (glad that they approved your refund btw).
100% agree. I thought about buying it but looking at the pictures... Wow. There's a reason they didn't take good pictures of it.
