We'd have to keep playing linguistic shenanigans but if you look at the EE2 entry on the evolution of language it might be...workable...ish.

They also teased further lost Allagan facilities at the end of Orthos, though that obviously could refer to anything.
I just REALLY don't want it to be Allagans, Ancients, or Garleans again.

As far as we know, Allag conquered the Three Great Continents and then moved on to Meracydia in the years before the fall. They must've known that Tural existed because they've gone to space but from this point onward I think we need something more unique than the "usual suspects" so I hope they passed it over. The Allagan Empire didn't like Miqo'te so it would be strange if it was a relic of the Allagan Empire, but it's also been 6000 years.

"Lost Heritage" makes me think of time travelers from the future, especially with them contrasting against the people of Shaaloani who are said to be maintaining tradition in the face of ceruleum mining and steam trains, but the proto-Eorzean alphabet throws me. Shaaloani uses the modern Eorzean alphabet, could Solution Nine be from Xak Tural's past then and it's actually Solution Nine that's Xak Tural's "Lost Heritage" and not the other way around?

    Just some thoughts.

I wonder how much we'll find out during next week's patch.
