Given the FFIX theme, I'm going alien world Terra:


I like a lot of FFIX zones, Lifa tree, Lindblum, Ceres (celes?) can't remember the name of the desert tree place, the hidden grotto where you get Excalibur, freaking chocobo paradise yes please.

I feel there might have been some FFX inspiration, so I'd toss out the Farplane as a very wild looking.

One thing though, given the cyberpunk district as being revealed - I'm really excited to see what the 'reveal' zone is.

Would be one heck of a task to do that justice, but if they did that'd be epic. My first thread would be "how can I stay here longer?", trying to add additional content to it.

I want to say we might miiiight glean something from over-analyzing what Solution 9 even is.

Ok, so is it a solution to a some problem? What problem? Is this an Ascian thing related to a calamity? Well we only had 7 calamities (8 counting the doomed timeline).

What about an Imperial thing? If there was more red the buildings would seem quite imperial.

Ok, ok…maybe not imperials…but then why so purple? Is that lightning aether? Does that mean it is floating above Heritage Found and powered by lightning magic in the area? Pseudo Midgar?

This really. They don't hesitate to make things like that a dungeon. Ala Mhigo was. Doma Castle was.

It's worth noting that Emet-Selch mentions the city of gold and he is absolutely someone who could have seen if it actually exists.

He also refers to it as "golden cities". Not "golden city". That nuance is quite significant as it suggests there is more than one.

He also calls them "fabled", which means:

1. famous, especially by reputation.
2. mythical; imaginary.
