This isn't a QoL/accessibility issue, this is a you issue. If you can't remember your positionals immediately after reading them you have no hope of remembering the fight mechanics either so your point is moot.

The feature you are asking for would be a waste of time and resources for the dev team because it would only apply to this guy:

Remembering the order of a long sequence of abilities is not the same thing as remembering "stand behind the boss" moments after reading it.
