    Request for current unlocked job skills use in low lv duties

    I know this is wishful thinking but, I think some of us can agree that why keep skills locked in synched level dungeons if instead to make use of them. Hear me out, some new players or players who just now in the same lv as the synced dungeon/trial/raid haven't unlocked the skill yet but for those who already have, when we enter a synched duty (depending the level) we feel that the job we want to play in roulettes or choice of dungeon or solo duties, we kinda feel pretty much useless in battle because our current lv we are in, our battle contribution feels useless. I think its best that we should be able to use them even if you have to neft them to the synced lv to be fair play experience. It kinda sucks that we can't be able to use the skills we unlocked in lower lv duties.

    The topic is being brought up multiple times and everytime the explanation is essentially the same.

    TL;DR:
    Either the newbie will feel weak because he doesn't have the skills someone else does or the veteran has to put in way too much effort to get the same result as someone pressing 1-2-3 in a Lv60 or below dungeon.

    Furthermore certain skills literally cannot be scaled down for balance as their effect is either on or off (Hallowed Ground, Benediction, lifesteal effects in general existing) and the effort to develop such a system to make it balanced and scale dynamically for each player this late into the game's cycle will take an astronomical amount of developer time and resources to get this done for very little benefit and literally goes against what "syncing" was intended to do.

    Imagine a newbie on WHM, vote kicked in ARR dungeons because no Holy or Assize. Or Warrior... that would just break every low level dungeon.

    Well maybe not for synched party, but what of doing it syncing it for solo runs or solo duties?

    I get it for dungeons and trials and raids in synched parties, but how do you explain when doing solo duties?

    Thats a fair point, and no solo wouldnt bother me. I was replying about group content only.
