Glowing weapons : a visual plague

I actually would prefer if we had more of them. One of my biggest frustrations with new jobs is that SE stopped backtracking all the EX weapons from before that job existed. If you are going to add in a job then you should add the fancy equipment for it as well. Not having that makes fun glam options for new jobs far too limited on release when they wouldn't need to be.

One of the reasons I decided not to main a reaper as my melee dps was because how absurdly limited their weapon glams are.
