Had to Google female eleven walk/run bc i have never really noticed how they walk or run. And i really dont see the issue here. Their animations look totally normal? Whats so bad about it. Genuinely curious.

Give healers a tank-esque rotation. Set them up such that they have a rotation and an ability here-and-there that increases damage output. Make their oGCD enough to heal through forced damage (tank busters, AOEs). Change bosses in extreme/savage to have a counter for "unforced errors." When it reaches some number, that player dies and they are non-raiseable. The point is, make healers there to provide heals that are forced by the content - enough that you have to have healer present in your group. Make mistakes by the players not the healers' problem to fix.
