Is Reaper the perfect job?

So I was thinking about how RPR functionality and I can't figure out a single thing about the job I've wanted to change.

Maybe add more functionality to Enshroud?

Maybe an Enshroud-specific DoT (1 minute) so players have to swap between Communio and a DoT?

What are people looking forward to seeing?

Here are a few Problems with Reaper:

Arcane Circle & Plentiful Harvest - don't share the same Hotkey
Enshroud & Communio - don't share the same Hotkey
Hell's Ingress/Egress & Regress - don't share the same Hotkey
Having to stand still to use Harpe, & using Shadow of Death in the middle of a combo feels clunky.
A negative resource gain over time, you require some skillspeed because Shadow of Death doesn't generate Soul Gauge on use.
