My fellow Monks, what are hoping for in 7.0

Make Anatman into a an OGCD you can hit every once in a while to supercharge your next GCD.

Yes that is just Kaiten. Yes I do almost solely want this to watch the absolute explosion of Samurai mains everywhere.

...Unless its CD is removed to instead spend (say, 4) Chakra and Monk gets an added higher-priority rotational ability that also spends Chakra and/or Thunderclap would begin spending (say, 2) Chakra while dealing damage or in some different but equally potent way interacts with Monk's job builder-spender gauge, that is not Kaiten.

In my head I was thinking was the timing would lineup with perfect balance usage so the proper use would only be on Elixir Field, Rising Phoenix, and Phantom Rush as they were the closest thing I associate to Samurai's Iaijutsu, but I honestly straight up forgot to type that in lol. As for the resource usage, you can't always have a perfect analogy, so I'm not thinking that deep on it, I just want something that's close.

Full disclosure, I'm one of the people still salty they removed Kaiten, so this wouldn't be schadenfreude, it would be self flagellation. I want to live vicariously back with something like Kaiten on another job, and having it on the other striking job would be hilarious to me.

Haha, fair enough. But yeah, the whole point of Kaiten was margining of gauge and weave space. Without either of those elements, you wouldn't really have a Kaiten. You'd just have bloat apm.

...Which, come to think of it, is exactly what the devs would add if they wanted to poison discourse against any sort of complexity and thereby remove any traction the "Give us back Kaiten! *puppy/angry eyes*" folks produced.
