I don't wanna have to deal with pvp players spamming on quick chat

As for the sounds during Quick Chat, they should not be removed. The chat box is already hard enough to read and some people tunnel vision. A noise is a way to alert the team to something. There is no reason to punish people who are trying to lead because people who just want to play a solo match don't like the sounds.

Some people who try to lead are good but there's others that are pretty bad and spam sounds non stop while they lead the group to failure with a multitude of bad calls. Some others decide to spam even more when the group isn't doing what they want and end up just adding to the chaos and some are just nasty people who make disparaging comments towards others. A feature to give the option to remove the chat sounds without disabling other sounds would be great.

But you are right tho, why do we even talk in this game ? We should all just sit in our apartment, house, or in limsa, and not talk to each other, why even talk in an MMORPG right ?

If you cant accept that people want to say hi to each other at the beginning of PVP,do yourself a favor and play a singleplayer game, really tired of people like you that cant handle a bit of communication between people, this is an MMORPG.

It would matter if we had free chat, there's none in PvP so might as well keep it clean. People use it to grief others more than actually greet.

Very fun yes to understand exactly what people mean, it doesnt matter if it's in PVP,PVE,in Limsa, in the saucer, saying hi is always nice, no matter the area or the content you are in, and yes, that does include PVP.
