Alliance Raid Now iLvl Locked, Why??

So I happened to stumble across some actual data on alliance raid:

Contrary to what some may believe, at least for this measured case, CT was not the only thing that popped up prepatch. More interesting though is some data on the pre/post comparison:

Unsurprisingly, ilvl manipulation seems (I want to stress that there is uncertainty involved and we should remember that when forming conclusions) to have barely caused CT to popup, as the larger problem is CT being low level and required content.

From the data, there is a reduction in CT, but it's not noticeable. Anyone interesting in adding more data points now at least has some prepatch numbers to compare to.

My take away from this, the ilvl change remains bad for creating problems and for not solving the issue it was created to address. A better solution would be to separate CT from the other raids.

A couple things to note in this assessment:

1. While he has created a good amount of data for himself, the data set is still too small
- He queued basically all on DPS except for a few times in "Year 1" as a tank. No data as healer (unless i missed a couple). This means he has no evidence on healer queueing, almost none on tank, and the rest on DPS
2. This doesn't take into account populating other queued ARs
-While sure his percent of "non-sprout ARs" is relatively low (see point 1 on how that still isn't conclusive), this doesn't account for other queues of 60+ ARs now being able to pop since those Ilvl cheesers cant only qualify for CT. The ilvl cheesers wouldn't need to cheese if they only had CT unlocked

In conclusion, his thread on the 6.5 update prediction didn't get upvoted well because he doesn't have enough data (or variety of data), and he is not accounting for certain factors that come with this ilvl change. And yes, no one is arguing CT wont still be the majority. We now just have a much better chance of the other ARs .

Which ones, out of curiosity?

Dun Scaith, Orbonne, Puppets Bunker, Tower, Aglaia, and Euphrosyne to name the ones that come to mind. I almost never get one of the 60s now adays, so to get dun scaith twice already surprised me (though again its a small dataset, so its just confirmation bias).
