Haha yeah but I think your argument can also serve for CC as well honestly, since there are people who use it properly to communicate rather than troll or be salty.Oh I hope not. I love when leaders will spam directions to the team, it's great. If the messages are offensive or mocking, then report those sure, but it's nice having some guidance for the herd. Unless we're talking about different messages and I'm just being silly :3
edit: oh, you're referring to CC, that makes more sense I guess. I'm referring to frontlines.
Its a slippeey slope
To be transparent, nobody wants to come into their fun times and constantly lose because people are ignoring pings and throwing, sabotaging their entire team. These type of people should stick to FL, not a mode that requires 100% teamwork. Js. Some people find enjoyment in winning, what is fun is subjective and you gotta look at the perspective from the other party. The guy in the screenshot probably told her to fall back, she didn't, so he did it again, she didn't, then decided to make their to ignore because of her possible selfish/toxic form of gameplay? Throwing games can also be reported, it's also bad sportsmanship and ruins the experience for others. *shrugs*
He didn't pig other people, he pinged her, so maybe she is the one in the wrong?
I played pvp games my entire life, both online and irl. If you have a teammate who is unwilling to cooperate, it's infuriating.
Whether it's sports, trading card games, video games, anything. Nobody wants to lose because of ONE person who isn't being a team player.

Yoshi was angry because he got teabagged in Halo, and got planted a flag on him in WoW.This is reportable. We even got a lodestone post dedicated to this sort of toxic behavior: https://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodes...4efa39f992435a
Thankfully in this game you can be banned for using 10 pre-made lines in the span of 5 minutes because people are throwing the game, but the flying lala bots ? Naaàaah they're fine, gotta protect people from having their feelings hurt from "good job" and "thank you".
Also they marked you as target to ignore so pretty sure you were throwing.
Open combat log so you can't see the chat.
Yes, these spam makes annoying sounds that do get me distracted and l die from that....This is 100% reportable btw.
I just kinda laugh it off because it's sad people are getting so upset in unranked cc (which is all I pretty much play) but it can get annoying. The worst part is you can blist someone and still get matched with them later (and still see their chat). The best you can do is just wait a bit to que again and hope you stop getting matched with them.

I feel like if you're throwing games and refusing to listen to the pings, being it's a TEAM-based mode. Then it's pretty silly to get upset because it was spammed because people are just forkin' around. Especially in Rated. Also if someone is trying to get Series exp and achievements, it's all the more annoying that no one is even bothering to read the pings. With that being said, just turn your sound off lol. If there isn't an actual chat option, of course, people will be angry. CC is meant to be competitive. Now if you're talking about the Casual mode. Then idk.
The screenshots made it seem like you were throwing the game, and someone got frustrated.Alright listen, I'm diamond rank for a reason, I don't need to be treated as trash because I play badly one match, and in this particular match, nobody was doing well, even the person that was spamming. And how spamming good match and thank you is going to help us win anyway? And as I said, it wasn't only this particular match, this person was doing this THE WHOLE NIGHT.Thankfully in this game you can be banned for using 10 pre-made lines in the span of 5 minutes because people are throwing the game, but the flying lala bots ? Naaàaah they're fine, gotta protect people from having their feelings hurt from "good job" and "thank you".
Also they marked you as target to ignore so pretty sure you were throwing.
