Yeah. I am honestly not sure if there are still other reveals coming up. If yes, then I take back what I said.
But looking at the event schedule to me it doesn't seem like there are any major reveals coming up. But maybe the next panel, which is talking about graphics will reveal more stuff?
But I feel the graphics panel will be talking more about the what and why and not show new stuff? And it is mostly about environment and not character models I think. But maybe I am wrong. I honestly don't know.
I think the rest of fanfest is community stuff and no new reveals. But I might be wrong. Someone correct me if I am wrong.
Echoes of Vanadiel was the highlight for me
It was for me also i was hoping for a ff11 alliance raid themed series since NA fanfest and was happy when it was announced. I hope we get some really nice ff11 outfits as glams I would love having the Lilisette dancer outfit to cosplay as her in game.
That is when the true Vana'diel of legend will be reborn.
Im just curious to see if they do a better job at linking this world with FFXIV like Ivalice but not like Nier (if its a shard, lol goodbye femroe, au ra, hroth and viera).
But im excited to get unique raid set glams again like with the Ivalice sets. I was so dissapointed at the lack of variety with the Nier and Myths sets but them hopefully giving us FFXI style artifact gear will be a treat for me. Always love that games aesthetic
This is pretty much standard affair and I would say you set your expectations way too high.
You have to remember, they don't want to reveal too much and spoil the content. They cannot show too much because it is still in development and might not even be complete yet etc.
The main draw of fanfest is to meet people who also share a common interest and to potentially meet up with people from your FC. It is about the social gathering, the events they have on, all to celebrate FFXIV. It just also happens to be good place to start talking about the next expansion, of which again, they don't want to reveal everything.
At least the Allagan themed stuff that was hinted at was a plus. But they've gone and stuffed four zones into tural. Can't wait for jungle, jungle (but split in upper and lower!), mountainous highland, and Texas. Would have hoped they would've given us three meracydia zones but lmao rip.

That looked more Garlean than Allagan to me... If I could guess, it would be 'Garlean colony that became independent after the empire was gone'. Some stuff seemed a bit wrecked and on fire in the concept arts, so I'd guess they will be in conflict with the locals as well.At least the Allagan themed stuff that was hinted at was a plus.
