The "feral demon Au Ra" is literally one odd-one-out concept sketch amid a page full of the cutesy girls we actually got. It doesn't represent the wild swing from concept to finalised art that people try to present it as.

I'm not saying I wouldn't have preferred the alternative, but the current approach was always there.
