Dynamis is a ghost town because there are three other NA DCs and DC travel (within a region) exists.

It's hard to say if a South + Central America DC would work out better than OCE or not, but it's important to note SA + CE has a larger population than OCE would have.

A for the translation: It's always been odd to me that there's a German and French translation but no Spanish. French I could see since it had a lot of colonies and thus a lot of speaker, but Spanish is estimated to be the 4th most spoken language in the world (after English, Mandarin, and Hindi), above French (5th) with Spanish being close to 2x France's numbers (first and second language; and Spanish is around 5x the native speakers), and well above Germany (12th) with close to 5x and 7x respectively first and second language speakers. I'm honestly surprised there's not a Spanish translation yet. At the very least in text if they didn't want to redo all the voice acting for some reason.

I really dont care about/mind a spanish translation of the game, if anything you'd think it would already be in the game considering how played this game is by over a million people daily.

And no, for a new DC, I stand by what I said earlier, that's less people on other datacenters, including Dynamis, we dont need even more of a spread in NA DC's, Dynamis is already struggling thanks to DC travel, we dont need YET ANOTHER DC.

The hilarious thing is that if they just implemented some form of benefit to do content on your own DC/stripped DC travel away, Dyna would actually be able to develop.

I don't think there's a lack of people, I think there's a mentality that's deeply engrained in the NA community now to do all content on Aether to the point that it's affecting other bigger DCs like Primal.

Super excited to see how bad the congestion is Day 1 of Dawntrail on Aether ngl lol. Might actually force people back to their own DCs to do the expansion.

I agree, I'm not really finding dyna to be empty per say, I think seraph just absorbed like 90% of the people transfering, the dc population isnt actually THAT bad and could become lively, that is if people stopped to dc travel all the time (which I am myself guilty of because its impossible to do anything right now on dyna)

Hopefully in the future things change, but it seem to be pretty much the norm at this point to go to Primal for PVP, crystal for venues and Aether for PvE content, and I dont think it's changing anytime soon

I agree, I'm not really finding dyna to be empty per say, I think seraph just absorbed like 90% of the people transfering, the dc population isnt actually THAT bad and could become lively, that is if people stopped to dc travel all the time (which I am myself guilty of because its impossible to do anything right now on dyna)

Yeah from my short time on dynamis it did seem more lively compared to when i sign into my oceania alt. It just seemed to get everything done i had to go back to my old datacenter and since i was spending all my time on primal rather then dynamis I end up transferring back. I didn't want to stay on dynamis solely for a upgraded free house since i had to datacenter hop to get everything else done before going back to take advantage of a nice house.
