If you really want something from PvP, do the daily frontline and help defend an objective. You stand around and attack if you see red, then move to the next objective when it’s up. Fairly easy, especially for those who do not like PvP and it helps those who do enjoy it go on the offense. Takes 15 minutes per day.

It's rarely actually worth defending anything below an A-rank node. Once in a while you'll have some random person try to back-cap, but normally you wind up standing there and contributing nothing. You're a lot better off following the murder ball from objective to objective in most cases.

People who are unwilling to contribute should instead simply refrain from queueing, as their presence actively hinders those who are.
