Wow.. more complaining.

You really have to go looking for ERP to find it. I play everyday and an very good friends with some people that do normal RP and I never run into ERP.

I'm starting to wonder if OP is trying to paint some black image on FF14 for some other reason. They are making post after post with nothing but negative comments about the game that literally don't exists. Search engines will pick this up.

My problem had tangible evidence of existing. It wasn't a game problem either, the servers were running fine. This was an AT&T and NTT problem. Maybe if you read up on the real problem you would have seen this.

I seriously doubt that. Even if players are committing to the act of erotic roleplay, so what? How is it any of your business? They pay to play this game too. People are allowed to do as they please as long as they aren't hurting anyone. Don't be such a conservative prude. I bet it offends you that every single day married couples have sex in their beds within their private homes. How is whatever you're complaining about any different? No one is pushing your head to your screen and forcing you to watch other players ERP.

I'm gonna regret replying to a necro-er but I'm bored and my coffee hasn't kicked in.

1. Certain areas in certain servers (Balmung, Mateus, etc.) are known for public ERP and picking up people to engage in ERP.
2. There is a community in the RP/ERP scene that does look down on others who don't engage in it and apparently bully people who don't mod their characters.
3. Brothels are publicly advertised in the PF. If I want to look for item trading ads (like submarine parts), I have to scroll through ERP ads to look for those because it's not filtered into a different category.

I don't really care what people do in the privacy of their own home but it does get irritating when I see 10 ads up for the same 3-4 brothels on a daily basis. People push it into your face whether you really want it to or not. It's why I personally think they should create an RP finder for those ads and those looking for RP/ERP partners so all of that can be kept organized and in a space for people who actually want that, or at least a separate category in the PF so it can be filtered out.

When I say, I'm just an unmodded vanilla cat, they seem disinterested and stop talking. This happens quite frequently tbh. Especially when, Mare? Is the unsolicited opener they use.

The same thing happens with me when I take mostly vanilla screenshots with occasional mods it seems since I don't use mare people aren't interested in taking any with me and stop talking then walk away. I don't like mare considering it seems when other mare users come near by it seems mare data gets synched up which i don't really care for.
