They don't really post replies publically anymore. They may contact you privately if they think there is a reproducible bug report with "sufficient information".

They get a lot of reports that are just misunderstandings of game mechanics or text which a veteran player can identify swiftly. There are also a lot of reports that don't follow the template to provide information that could be relevant, such as Date & Time, server, character and system information. Or sometimes it is not a bug but a feature, or otherwise intentional.

Because of that it can lead to a genuine concern potentially being dismissed and regarded as the above, especially when it contains as little information as your previous post. But it's also possible that an investigation of the provided information could not show any evidence of a bug.
