I really did get a shock last time I wandered round my housing district for sure. Not been a better time to want a house since early ARR IMO.

You are trying to muddy the waters with fake "facts" and "data" to try and suggest that all they have to do is just work harder and make better choices - as if the problem is them and not the society that has trampled over them their entire lives. They cannot buy a house in FFXIV because of inter-generational trauma and systematic oppression and you are trying to trivialize these issues and gaslight everybody into thinking it's their own fault. Actually just tired of reading that people cant get houses and yet theres dozens if not hundreds of houses open for bidding but they dont want them.
